Sing Sing Sing!
The thing I hear most from fans and friends is, "I wish I could sing!" The truth is, you can!
Singing has been known to raise endorphins, create a happy feeling, and promote health and well being. That being said, even if you think you can't carry a tune in a bucket, sing anyway!
Sing in the car. Sing in the Shower. Sing while you're working, while your cooking. With friends, without friends.
Who cares if you are off key or make funny faces while singing?! Just remember, you have a voice, good or bad sounding. It is much more important that you use it to create a better sense of well being for yourself. And if it sounds terrible... all the better. You will make someone laugh and smile! Mostly yourself! So go on: Sing, Sing, Sing!
